Within a few days of your consultation, we present you with three personally vetted accommodation options each chosen to match your brief, your budget, and your travel style precisely. We present these as good, better, and best - with our honest recommendation clearly stated. No pressure, no upselling. If none of the three feel exactly right, we go back and look again.
Once you’ve chosen your property, we take over completely. We secure the booking, arrange your airport transfer, reserve tables at the restaurants you want, coordinate any activities yacht charters, golf, guided hikes, wine tours - and send you a detailed pre-arrival briefing. During your stay, we remain available by phone and WhatsApp for any request, any question, any last-minute addition.

We charge a flat Mallorca trip planning fee that covers everything listed above. The fee varies by the scope of the trip — a week-long family stay with multiple activities is more involved than a couples’ getaway. We’ll give you a clear fee at the end of our first consultation call, before you commit to anything.
No. You pay the property’s published rate directly. Our fee is a separate, transparent planning charge. In some cases, our supplier relationships mean you’ll access rates that aren’t publicly available but we never inflate prices.
We don’t book flights. We focus exclusively on the Mallorca experience from arrival to departure. For flights, we recommend booking directly with your preferred airline. The main gateway is Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), with direct service from New York via United Airlines.
For peak season (June–August), we strongly recommend reaching out at least 4–6 months in advance. The best villas and fincas book out quickly. For shoulder season (May, September, October), 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient.
